wife the Boonserm’s,
a combination of the names of Mr Boonserm and his Wife Somsri Niyomsub
became the “Maesri” brand, and
have become one of the major food companies in the world, exporting around the
globe.
Kaeng tai pla (Thai tāj plāː)
is a curry of southern Thai cuisine.
Its name is derived from tai
pla,
a salty sauce made from fermented fish entrails, which
gives the curry a strong smell and flavor.
